Since graduating in 1990 from Rose Bruford College, Elliot has combined a career as a freelance professional actor in theatre, TV and radio, with working as a training facilitator, corporate role-play actor, writer and director.

As an actor and workshop leader he worked with the English Shakespeare Company touring company for five years. He then worked for the Oxbridge Academic Programme as a drama teacher and director, running a series of four-week residential courses in Shakespeare, ranging from text analysis to performance.

In 2012 he gained The Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching.

As a business trainer Elliot has worked with clients across many different sectors. He has designed and led a wide variety of communication skills courses, including those focusing on the areas of strategic leadership, managing conflict, sales, change management, performance management, customer service, and presenting ideas effectively.

Elliot has written, directed and designed business simulations for a range of companies examining change issues, leadership competencies, customer experience, delivering difficult messages, and embodying brand values.

As a writer he has also created various forum theatre scripts.
