IN-HOUSE COMMUNICATION SKILLS TRAINING

Using tutors and actors from RADA, we can provide communication skills training for your employees and teams with an in-house communication skills training programme.

The content of our in-house communication skills training includes theatre-based exercises and explores mind, body, breath, voice and delivery. The training is extremely practical and interactive.

We will take a detailed brief of your particular objectives and either provide a standard course or tailor a programme accordingly (please note: with bespoke training some development charges may be incurred).

After the course has been delivered, we will provide an evaluation of the effectiveness of the training programme based on the results of our post-course questionnaire.

Normally an in-house communication skills training course will run over one or two days, however, some companies and organisations choose shorter workshops as part of existing training programmes or events; a series of evening or early morning breakfast sessions for their team; or even week-long programmes for senior management.

In-House Training

• Most of the training takes place in small groups of approximately eight people.
• Public courses are also available as in-house courses which we can deliver off the peg or adapt and tailor to the needs of your team or organisation.
• Courses can be run at your office, or at a suitable arranged venue, or we can source the venue and catering for you.
