SENIOR EXECUTIVE COURSES

Excellent communication skills are essential for senior executives to lead their organisation successfully. Our training focuses on:

  • effective communication between the leader and the team;
  • delivering key information in a dynamic and inspiring way;
  • facilitating efficient and effective meetings;
  • skillful handling of the media.

RADA Enterprises creates bespoke three or four-day courses which enable senior executives to develop and hone their communication skills. These extended courses are specifically designed to meet the group’s particular learning objectives and are led by two of our senior tutors. Groups are kept small, ideally a maximum of six participants, to allow optimum input and feedback from the tutors. The courses can include the following elements:

  • pre-course preparation and discussion with the lead tutor;
  • skills learning and development in voice, posture, body language, and relaxation;
  • filming of individual presentations, including “before” and “after” filming;
  • forum theatre - employing actors to highlight the effectiveness of different behaviours, using real-life scenarios created with the organisation;
  • skills practice through role-play assisted by actors, using scenarios which are developed by the course participants to ensure relevance;
  • meeting management skills and practice;
  • understanding and communicating with the media;
  • one-to-one coaching;
  • individual review with the lead tutor at the end of the course and action planning;
  • follow-up refresher session six months after the course.

These courses are designed to form a valuable part of an organisation’s leadership development programme.
