RADA Enterprises can provide a range of top quality services to support your events either hosted at RADA or at another venue. Our team of staff have experience in every element of event and meetings management, planning and execution from small to large scale.

Venue Hire

The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is a truly unique venue for your meeting or event that will excite your delegates and guests as they walk the same corridors as our many successful and famous graduates.

Our venues can accommodate a range of event types including meetings, receptions, product launches, conferences and exhibitions for up to around 200 delegates. We have over 20 spaces for hire with year-round availability.

We can provide you with either a dry hire of a space, or add in other services to tailor a complete meeting or event package to suit your needs.

Tea for free
Our outstanding catering service offers a full range of options either in the warm, inviting atmosphere of our Foyer Café and Bar or any of our rooms, studios or theatres.
We would be delighted to offer you the opportunity to sample our catering service, therefore throughout February, March and April when you book a meeting package for up to twenty people we will give our standard tea selection at your first break for free.

Full Time Rehearsals
We are always pleased to welcome companies wishing to hire a studio for full time rehearsals, being a drama school itself, RADA is a superb rehearsal location.
Companies booking a rehearsal studio full time for a week or more benefit from a very special package: use the studio for as long as you like within normal opening hours, feel free to leave a mark-out or other items set out in the room and pay only £750 + VAT per for most spaces.

As part of our commitment to providing our clients with excellent services, from early 2010 all venue hire and event clients will be given the opportunity to take part in an online survey giving us feedback on the service you received. Everyone who sends feedback will be entered into a termly prize draw to win a pair of tickets to a production at RADA’s next set of third year student shows.

Whatever your event, RADA Enterprises will help you to make it a success. Our staff have a wealth of experience in every aspect of the meetings and events industry from conference design to technical and production delivery and can support specific aspects of your event or manage it entirely on your behalf.

Technical Services

RADA is at the forefront of technical training for the entertainment industry. As such our team of staff and graduates are experts in all key requirements for your event. From making your presenters heard in front of a small group, to sophisticated audio-visual needs for major events, we can advise, staff and equip you as necessary either directly or through our extensive industry contacts.

Catering

Good food is essential to the energy that you see a RADA actor use on stage so it makes sense that we work with excellent caterers. Through our partnership with Harbour & Jones we are able to provide excellent catering support for your event that has the creative flare you would expect from the world’s leading centre for drama training.
