Claire DaleClaire is a movement practitioner and a personal impact trainer. She worked at the forefront of British dance for 15 years creating innovative dance theatre and now works full-time as a consultant in business in communication skills and management development. Claire specialises in Physical Intelligence, a product she developed for the training market and she delivers the Body of Influence course for RADA Enterprises. Her work encourages clients to explore how they function and communicate through their physical behaviour. She offers workshops and coaching that help individuals enhance their business performance by helping them to deal with stress, explore and overcome boundaries and unlock creativity and support lasting change. Claire is a graduate of the Laban Centre and her training is in Contemporary Dance, Anatomical Release Technique, Yoga and Classical Ballet. She has also studied Voice with Yvonne Morley formerly Head of Voice at LAMDA. In addition she draws on knowledge of the Alexander Technique, Laban Movement Analysis and studies in Dance and Critical Analysis at MA level at Surrey University in Guildford. Claire is an experienced facilitator and inspirer of large and small scale dance projects. She has been working in the corporate field for 10 years, teaching how our movement, body language and voice relate to the business world and influence our performance at work. She has run communication skills training for groups and individuals and her clients include Coca-Cola, SAGE UK, Waitrose, National Express Group, Sony, Cabinet Office and McLaren. Recent projects include a Communicating through Change project for Bank of New York Mellon, leadership development programmes for Spaghetti House London.
